Welcome to Auckland School of Motoring
Auckland School Of Motoring is privately owned and covers Bishop Auckland and surrounding areas. Training is offered only on a one to one basis, with no car sharing, to ensure that you receive 100% attention. Our aim is to develop learner drivers to be safe and confidant for life and not just to pass their test. Lessons may start from home, school, college or work and finish where ever is convenient for you.
The Training Car
Learning to drive should be fun and an adventure. Safety is also paramount so cars are replaced when necessary, so you won't be learning to drive in an old fashioned vehicle. Training is in a New Ford Fiesta Zetec S which is maintained by Ford technicians and is fully insured. The car is Dual Controlled for safety.
On your first lesson you will receive a welcome pack from Auckland School of motoring which will be full of useful information and also a progress book to keep tabs on all your training as you progress. You will also receive full Theory/Hazard perception training through out with the support of in car laptop assessments.
I learnt to drive with Darran and passed both my Theory and Practical tests first time. Darran is great to get on with, and his experience, knowledge, and guidance were vital in giving me the skills and confidence to achieve this within six months.
